As the 2013 outdoor track and field season enters the home stretch, McDaniel will host its annual home twilight meet on Wednesday, competing for the first time at the newly renovated Kenneth R. Gill Stadium.

Alva Ecker, a freshman, has been named the Centennial Conference Field Athlete of the Week for the week of Mar. 23-31.

Alva Ecker won both the long and triple jump to lead McDaniel to a fourth-place finish at the Goucher Invitational. The Green Terror amassed 95 points behind 10 top-three finishes, including a trio of victories.
